Free Tools
These run the same code the paid APIs run. They exist so you can see what a real answer looks like — including what it says when a value could not be read — before deciding whether any of this is worth paying for.
-
Free Certificate of Insurance Checker — ACORD 25 Compliance Check
Upload a certificate of insurance, set your requirements, and get an itemized verdict — including the fields that could not be read. Free, no sign-up.
-
Free Landed Cost Estimator — HS Code & Import Duty Lookup
Free tool: turn a plain-English product description into a 6-digit HS subheading and an estimated U.S. import duty range. No signup for 10 lookups a day.
-
Free Screening Name Checker — Will This Company Name Screen Reliably?
Paste a vendor list and see which names a sanctions or entity-list screen cannot match well. Runs entirely in your browser — nothing you paste is sent anywhere.
What these tools will not do
They will not invent a value. If a field on your document is blank or illegible, the result says so rather than filling in something plausible — which is the single behavior that separates a useful automated check from a confident wrong one. An unreadable limit reported as "not found" quietly becomes a finding about someone's insurance that nobody verified.
They are also not legal, insurance or customs advice, and a clean result is not a certification. Aervik Labs is operated by EAC Ventures, LLC — see About for who is accountable and how corrections work.
If you want the same checks in your own system, they are on the APIs, and the guides explain what each check is actually establishing.
