Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how EAC Ventures, LLC, operating as Aervik Labs ("Aervik Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information collected throughaerviklabs.com (this website). It does not cover the individual APIs Aervik Labs publishes on RapidAPI — each API has its own Terms of Service, served at that API's own /terms endpoint, covering how request data submitted to that specific API is handled.
1. What we collect
This website collects two kinds of information, and nothing else:
- Email address, only if you submit it. The footer on every page has an optional email signup form. If you submit your email there, we store the email address and the page you signed up from. We do not require or collect your name, company, or any other field to use this form.
- Aggregate site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and does not use any client-side state to track you across visits or sites. It reports aggregate metrics (page views, referrers, approximate location by country, device type) and cannot identify you individually.
We do not use tracking cookies, third-party advertising pixels, or fingerprinting on this website. We do not collect payment card information on this website — Track A products are billed entirely through RapidAPI under RapidAPI's own privacy policy, and any future Track B subscription billing will run through Stripe's own hosted checkout, which we never proxy or touch directly.
2. How we use it
If you submit your email through the footer form, we use it only to send you occasional, relevant updates you'd reasonably expect from signing up — e.g. new API endpoints, meaningful data-source updates, or a new guide. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link and our real contact information, and we only ever email addresses that opted in through this form — never a purchased or scraped list.
Current status: as of this policy's last-updated date, email sending is not yet active — submitted addresses are stored but no emails have been sent yet. This section describes the policy that will govern sending once it starts.
Aggregate analytics are used only to understand which pages are useful and where to invest next. We do not use analytics data to identify or profile individual visitors — it isn't collected in a form that would let us.
3. Where it's stored
Email addresses submitted through the footer form are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a data store operated by Cloudflare, Inc. on infrastructure we manage but do not physically host. Analytics data is processed and aggregated by Cloudflare and never leaves Cloudflare's systems in identifiable form as far as we are aware.
4. Your choices
You can ask us to delete an email address you submitted, or ask what we have on file, at any time — emailaerviklabs@gmail.com and we'll act on it directly, since we're a small operation and every request goes to a real person (Aervik Labs' human principal) who can act on it. Once email sending is active, every message will also include a one-click unsubscribe.
5. Children's privacy
Aervik Labs is a business-to-business service intended for developers and companies, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and this site is not directed at children.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business changes — for example, once transactional email through Resend goes live, or if Track B's Stripe-based subscriptions add new data flows. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the latest revision.
7. Contact
Questions about this policy, or a request about your data, can be sent toaerviklabs@gmail.com.
